Dorian Nineberg – Managing Director
A Chartered Accountant by trade Dorian was the Joint Founder of First Security (Guards) Ltd in 1987. Today FSG is one of the largest contract security companies operating in the South East. FSG was built by developing successful relationships with many of the Property Managing Agents including Chesterton, JLW and Richard Ellis and understanding their service requirements.

Through Dorian's business experience Pulse has the benefit of being able to grow from a small service based company to a leading UK Energy Broker who build their success on personal service, extensive senior management involvement and the constant provision of flexible solutions for their clients.

Steve Andre - Head of UK Energy Sales
Steve has a number of years' experience in the Energy Broker market. Steve is constantly researching and lobbying suppliers for the energy supply products and contracts that will provide the best solutions for our clients. New products are constantly being released as a result of a changing Energy Market. Steve's research is vital in providing the sales team with up to date product knowledge to pass onto business energy end users.

Karen Dickie – Head of UK Operations
Karen is the linchpin of Operations at Pulse. Karen and her team ensure that Energy trades and contracts are administered correctly. Karen's knowledge and relationships with UK's Energy suppliers allows the Operations team to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

Alex Randall – Head of UK Energy Trading
Alex is a qualified accountant and holds a degree in International Finance & Global Capital Markets. Alex is a former successful City trader and joined Pulse in 2010. As the Head of Energy Trading Alex uses Spectron trading screens to track the UK Gas and Power markets and analyses wholesale trends and buying patterns. Alex's knowledge of the UK Energy Market is passed on to customers to allow them to make the best informed buying decisions possible.

Ben Dhesi – Head of Energy Management
Ben founded the concept of Pulse in 2004 when working a Solicitor. Ben realised that busy law firms had little time to manage their Utilities and recognised that there was a need in the market for a Consultancy that could provide all businesses with guidance in the procurement of their Gas, Electricity, Water and Telecoms.

Ben developed Pulse from its law firm client base to become a leading Energy Broker in all sectors of the economy. Ben now heads up the Energy Management team which looks at providing innovative energy buying solutions for Pulse clients.

Alexandra Sadler – Head of Client Management
Alexandra is one of the longest serving members of the Pulse team.  Alexandra plays a vital role in keeping constant dialogue open between Pulse and its clients.  Alexandra provides valuable insight into our clients' ever changing needs and ensures that Client Management projects are delivered on time and to the high standards we set ourselves.

Chandra Bakrania – Financial Controller
Chandra is an FCCA qualified Financial Controller responsible for general ledger ownership and control. Chandra ensures the company is following appropriate accounting policies, management and financial accounts production, liaising with external auditors and finalising the statutory accounts for the companies house and FSA filing.
